Cancellation Policy

1. Sensory Play Sessions Bookings & Payments - All sensory play session bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. - Bookings can be made online or directly through our business page/booking system. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session are eligible for a full refund or credit. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, but we may offer a credit at our discretion if we can fill your spot. - No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit. Illness - If your child is unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to offer a rescheduled session or credit (one-time courtesy) if notified before the session starts. 2. Safety & Supervision - All children must be supervised by a parent or caregiver during sensory sessions or birthdays/events. - We are not a drop-off service. - Scoop Sensory takes every reasonable precaution to ensure our sensory play sessions, products and set-ups (birthday and events hire) are safe, age-appropriate, and non-toxic. However, by participating in our sessions, birthday/ events hire, or by purchasing and using our sensory products, you acknowledge and accept that: -All children must be actively supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times during play. - Scoop Sensory will not be held liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, accidents or death that may occur as a result of participation in our sensory play activities or use of our products. -Participation is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure the activity is appropriate for your child’s age and abilities. -Products sold are not for consumption and should only be used as intended. 3. Photography & Social Media - We may take photos during sessions or events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the session.
